heybaby is here to help good people find lasting relationships. Whether you want kids or already have kids. We expect everyone who joins heybaby to be kind, respectful, and follow our community guidelines. Behavior that violates our terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account. (Don’t play nice and we will show you the door.)

Also, heybaby is not a breeding app or hookup app. Surely this is not news to you by now. If you came to heybaby looking for a quick romp, we certainly won’t judge you but we may remove your profile. Because really, it’s not fair to others who are looking for something real and meaningful. Ok, point made. Thanks for reading and now let’s break it down.

Image Guidelines

• No unaccompanied minors 
• No minors in main profile photo 
• No pictures in underwear
• No unreasonable swimwear pictures
• No filters on main profile photo 
• No shirtless photos unless the environment is fitting (beach, pool, etc.)
• No illustrations, caricatures, or other drawings
• No photo of a photo for main profile picture
• Your face must be clearly visible in your main profile photo (no surgical masks or face coverings)
• Main photo cannot include other people
• No depictions of illegal activity
• No photos with guns or drugs (many profiles have kids and we don't want to mix) 
• No screenshots, overlays, or photos containing text
• No duplicate photos 
• No nudity or sexually explicit material 
• No offensive gestures or vulgar symbols 
• No graphic hunting photos
• No gruesome imagery 

Minors

Users must be 18+ years of age to use heybaby, therefore we don’t allow images of minors alone. If you would like to post a photo of your child or a minor, please make sure a parent or guardian clearly accompanies them. If you come across a profile on heybaby that depicts an unsupervised minor, we encourage you to report them.

Harassment 

Heybaby has a zero-tolerance policy on abuse of any kind. There is no place for bullying, stalking, targeted abuse, unsolicited sexual content, defamatory statements, or harassment against any other person. Language and imagery which could reasonably be deemed offensive or is likely to upset, alarm, or annoy any other person is not allowed.

Illegal Activity 

Depicting unlawful actions or engaging in criminal activity on the heybaby app will not be tolerated. 

Misrepresentation & Impersonation 

Do not create accounts that impersonate another individual or institution, or misrepresent your identity, first name, age, qualifications, present or previous positions, connections, or affiliations with any person or entity. We’re all real here. 

Copyright and Trademark Infringement 

Any content that violates, infringes upon anyone’s rights, rights of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other third-party rights is strictly prohibited.  

Hate Speech & Discriminatory Behaviors 

Sharing any content that encourages or condones discriminatory conduct like (but not limited to) bigotry, racism, sexism, violence, or hatred against any individual or group will result in your account being permanently terminated.

Multiple Accounts 

You should never create and maintain multiple heybaby accounts at one time. In addition, do not use another user’s account. 

Location 

To use the heybaby app and join the community, you must reside (until we expand) in the United States. We hope to be in far more places in the future, but for now, we are US only. 

Physical Harm & Violence

Violent, gory, or graphic content of any sort will not be tolerated. Similarly, behaviors that threaten or advocate for violence including terrorism, physical assault, intimidation, or acts that glorify self-harm are strictly prohibited. 

Trafficking & Prostitution 

Facilitating or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking, prostitution, or any other non-consensual sexual actions will not be tolerated and will result in account termination.

Scamming

The solicitation of money, passwords, or any kind of personal identifying information from users for fraudulent or illegal purposes is not allowed. Do not take part in any predatory behavior, including but not limited to fraud, operating a pyramid scheme, or other nefarious practices. Profiles deemed deceptive in nature, such as stating one can not converse on the heybaby app and give a phone number, email, or other false reason, will result in account suspension and further review. 

Excessive Liking  

Liking people on heybaby is encouraged should you be genuinely interested in connecting with someone. But liking an excessive number of profiles is not authentic behavior. If you like a large number of profiles over a short duration, we reserve the right to block your account. 

Solicitation or Promotion 

Using your account to solicit users for commercial services such as but not limited to advertising a business or event, competitions, sales, and links to other websites or premium line phone numbers.

Nudity & Sexually Explicit Content

Content that is pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit in nature, or depicts nudity is prohibited and will be removed. 

Profile Name 

We ask that you use your real first name for your profile, not a nickname or alternate username. This is to ensure both your profile and the community at large are as forthcoming and authentic as possible. 

Private Information

To protect yourself and others, you should never publicly or privately share any private information that is associated with you or someone else. Such as addresses, passwords, social security numbers, phone numbers, or financial information. Additionally, we ask you not to have any social network handles in your bio or profile - doing so will result in the removal of said content.
